Balkan Contracts Limited is a family-run construction company built on experience, craftsmanship and a genuine passion for doing things properly.
Our story began in 2014, when a father and son decided to combine their years of previous experience in the construction industry and create something of their own. The aim was simple: to build a company where we could put our own standards, passion and attention to detail into every project, while giving clients a personal and reliable service from start to finish.
Since then, Balkan Contracts Limited has continued to grow, building a strong reputation through the quality of our work and the trust of our clients. We took over this project after previous structural work by another construction company failed to meet Building Control requirements. Our team corrected the installation in accordance with the structural engineer’s design, completed the necessary remedial works, and successfully achieved Building Control sign-off.
